A few of the features you'll find in the PeddleGold storefront

• Set the look and feel of the storefront. Use the default navigation buttons we provide or create your own images. Set your page and font colors and even add a background image. Add your logo and this store will look the same as your web site. You are not restricted to certain templates. These decorations will carry all the way through to checkout and order confirmation. Your customer never leaves the store to place an order or make payment.
• Add product preference selection lists automatically to the product description field presented to the customer. It is frequently the case that you want to offer similar products that come in a variety of sizes, colors, etc. Now you just list the item once in the product table, add the options to a select list file, and the storefront automatically generates one or more customer preference select menus. Re-use the same list for multiple items and even alter the basic item price based on the customer's selection.
• PeddleGold keeps it simple. If you have to add tax and shipping cost, build these into the product price. Otherwize, use an option list to designate the shipping destination and to alter the price. Your customers will appreciate this. Many shopping carts are abandoned after the customer begins the checkout process and finally sees the shipping and handling charges. Additionally, you can add an overall S&H charge to each order and also provide an optional overnight delivery charge.
• Wrap your entire web site in PeddleGold if you wish and add storefront links anywhere. You can have "read DB" links to select specific items from the product table for listing, "add to cart" buttons to add one or more of an item to the cart, and "check cart" buttons. The cart itself has buttons to let your customer make changes, return to the main page, and check out. Check out automaticaly returns a shipping information form with the same look as the web site.
