of the utilities, card processing information is stored along with order detail
information in individual records in a database table dedicated to your
account. This database is password protected, sensitive information is
encrypted, and the database is only accessible through your management console.
This means that the system is secure and you don't have to go to a separate
site to check on payments.
IAMS Service
Use this utility if you want to take credit cards through your storefront but,
don't want the expense and hassle of maintaining a merchant account.
This is a good plan when you're starting out and do not know what order
volume to expect. The overall cost to you for a sales volume under $10,000 per
month will generally be less than any of the other plans when you add in

BakPak 2001
Use this plan for both on and off-line storefront operations where you want to
manage all aspects of order processing, customer relations, and e-mail
promotions.
This is the top of the line, back office utility plan. It uses the BakPak
2001 console which currently supports CyberCash, VeriSign, and ECHO gateways,
and processes on all major financial networks, taking most major credit cards.
With BakPak you can instantly setup of your merchant gateway account. In addition
to the order management and virtual terminal, the BakPak 2001 console includes
a separate database table dedicated to your account for maintaining a client list.
A client list lets you take and bill orders placed on-account, set up each client
individually for a recurrent billing interval, and bulk mail to all clients.
